Hi Friends!
I'm Nikki Maginn, a nuclear engineering graduate from the University of Tennessee, and the founder of InsideOut.
Our mission is to help engineering students develop emotional intelligence (EQ), a crucial skill that not only enhances their professional success but also enriches their personal lives.
Throughout my career, I've observed that engineers with high EQ tend to advance faster, seize more opportunities, and lead more fulfilling lives. Emotional intelligence is not an innate trait but a skill that can be developed over time. This is why our program focuses on cultivating EQ, laying the foundation for continuous growth and personal development.

Why Focus on Engineers?

Engineers are Problem Solvers: Engineers have the potential to shape the world. By enhancing their emotional intelligence, we equip them to bring not only technical solutions but also innovative leadership to their teams and organizations.
Engineers Drive Innovation: Every transformative idea relies on an engineer's expertise. By cultivating EQ, we empower engineers to connect better, communicate effectively, and lead with empathy—essential traits for making groundbreaking ideas a reality.
Our programs at InsideOut are designed specifically for engineering students, igniting a lifelong journey of personal and professional growth. We aim to produce engineers who not only excel in their technical fields but also shine as leaders, collaborators, and innovators.
Join us in shaping the future of engineering. Contact us today to learn how we can partner with your institution to foster the next generation of emotionally intelligent engineers.
